by the second respondent while registering of the sale certificate dated 11.03.2022 issued by the authorized officer of the Union Bank, under the SARFAESI Act read with Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002 and registered in Doc.No.4751 of 2023 dated 04.03.2023 on the file of the second respondent.
