( CRIME NO. 6/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 15/12/2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.7276 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7464 of 2020 "4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7464 of 2020 dated 22/09/2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Monday at 10.3. A.M. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SURESHKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.7276 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7464 of 2020 on 15.12.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
