PRAYER :This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records connected with the order of the 2nd respondent herein C.M.P.No.07/BOOTLEGGER/C2/2025 dated 27.05.2025 passed against the petitioner's father the detenu namely LAKSHMANAN Son of Andhi, aged about 48 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same, Consequently directing the respondents to produce the detenu before this Honble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
