ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for offence under Section 379 of I.P.C in Crime No.389 of 2020, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported one unit of river sand by using Tipper Lorry, without obtaining proper license. Hence the complaint.

3. It is seen from records that this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
