2. The learned Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.10.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant also confirms that the warrant has been executed and the custody of the vehicle has been handed over to the applicant.

4. Considering the fact that the warrant has been executed successfully and taking note of the report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner, Court is inclined to order an additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/- to be paid to the leaned Advocate Commissioner. The applicant is therefore directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration.

5. Therefore, this Application stands closed. It is made clear that the seized vehicle shall be sold only with the permission of the EP Court while enforcing the Award passed by the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
