This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to implement the proceedings dated 08.03.2024 in NA.KA.No.A5/345/2024 issued by the second respondent based on the application submitted by the petitioner dated 05.02.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, as per the report submitted by the second respondent dated 08.03.2024, the second respondent is directed to comply the said report, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
