This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the civil revision petition.

2. Mr.J.Pradeep, Learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents and expressed his objection for condoning the delay.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 17 days in filing the revision petition is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the revision petition, if it is, otherwise, in order and list the matter along with C.R.P.No.2600 of 2024.
