2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants. All the respondents have been served, however, they have not entered appearance.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed and the delay of 65 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.Nos.94164 and 94165 of 2022 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number these appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
