ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose the petition for divorce filed by him in H.M.O.P.No.591 of 2021, within the stipulated period.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose the revision, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The perusal of the docket entry filed in the typed-set of papers would suggest that the respondent was set exparte as early as on 25.04.2022 and the matter was adjourned from time to time for recording exparte evidence.

4. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a certified copy of the petition filed by the respondent/wife to set aside the exparte order in I.A.No.1 of 2022. The perusal of the same would suggest that the petitioner herein said no objection for allowing the said I.A.No.1 of 2022 and consequently, by order dated 15.09.2022, the petition to set aside the exparte order was allowed.

5. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose the petition for divorce filed by the petitioner/husband in H.M.O.P.No.591 of 2021, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
