(CR.NO.554 OF 2020) 3 PONRAJAPERUMAL [RESPONDENT/DEFACTO COMPLAINANT] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Completely relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.NO.10741 of 2021 dated 24.06.2021 the petitioners to appear before the Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvallur on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 24.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10741 of 2021, this Court had relaxed the conditions imposed on the petitioners. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 24.06.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
