ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.0000064 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that there are totally 18 prosecution witnesses, out of which, L.W.1 and L.W.2 were examined and L.W.3 was about to be examined on 27.11.2023. Therefore, already the trial has commenced. At this stage, the quash petition has been filed to quash the entire proceedings.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
