ORDER

Writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in connection with impugned order dated 19.6.2025, passed by the 1 st respondent and to quash the same and consequentially direct the 1 st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025, before finalizing the transport tender for Vellore Region within the time frame to be fixed by this court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 1 st respondent on instructions submitted that, because of certain lacunae in the Tender documents, E-Tender notice dated 08.05.2025, will be withdrawn and new Tender will be floated.

3. The said submission of the learned counsel for the 1 st respondent is recorded and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
