ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 11.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.19231 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of his joining as Forest Watcher, viz., from 17.06.2011 till 10.08.2022, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the government passed order in G.O.(3D).No.06 Environment, Climate change and Forest (FR.2(ii)) Department dated 07.02.2025, thereby granting monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of his joining as Forest Watcher. He also produced a copy of the order dated 07.02.2025, before this Court. 3.
