Mr.K.Premchandar, learned counsel on record for E.R.Squibb & Sons LLC and Ono Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. [R1 and R2 respectively in main Writ Appeal] is before us for petitioners in the captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petitions' ('CMPs' in plural and 'CMP' in singular for the sake of brevity).

2. Learned counsel Mr.K.Premchandar submits that as regards E.R.Squibb [R1 in Writ Appeal], the Constituent Attorney / Authorised Signatory Mr.Sanjay Sharma has come in place of Mr.Toni Mon George. Learned counsel further submits that as regards Ono Pharmaceutical (R2 in Writ Appeal), Mr.Pankaj Pahuja has come in place of Mr.Toni Mon George.

3. Mr.Adarsh Ramanujan, learned counsel for Zydus Healthcare Limited (appellant in main Writ Appeal) and

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned senior Central Government standing counsel for Union of India, Ministry of Commerce and Controller of Patents and Designs (R3 and R4 respectively in main Writ Appeal), who are before us, very fairly submit that they really do not have a say in the matter. Considering that the prayer is innocuous without expressing any other view purely as a matter of procedural propriety, captioned CMPs, namely C.M.P. Nos.16508 and 16517 of 2024 are ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary and consequential amendments in the case file within a fortnight from today i.e., on or before 16.08.2024.
