ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to forthwith survey and to fix the boundaries for the property of the petitioner measuring 1 acre and 17 cents in Survey No.170/8B1, (New Survey No.170/8B1A1A) and 1/4

20 Cents in Survey No.170/8B2A totally measuring 1.37 acres in Ulakiyanallur Village within the Chinna Salem Sub Registration District, Kallakurichi District by considering on-line application of the petitioner dated 18.06.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 18.06.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 18.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed 2/4

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
