Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for petitioner. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in the cause-title of the petition the respondent police has been wrongly mentioned as 'P-1 Thiruvottiyur Police Station' instead of 'H-8 Thiruvottiyur Police Station'. The same address is reflected in the order dated 01.07.2025. Hence, there was some difficulty in executing sureties. Now after filing a memo, sureties have been accepted.

3.Recording the above submission, Registry is directed to issue fresh copy of the order dated 01.07.2025 after making necessary corrections. 4.The issue is clarified accordingly.
