O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in the revision application dated 07.07.2023 filed by the respondents 3 & 4 against the petitioner challenging the order passed by the second respondent.

2. The respondents 3 & 4 filed an application before the second respondent seeking cancellation of the assignment order passed in favour of the petitioner. The said application was dismissed by the second respondent on 07.07.2023. Aggrieved by the same, the respondents 3 & 4 filed a revision before the first respondent on 07.07.2023 itself, the same was entertained by the first respondent and enquiry notice issued to the concerned parties on 09.10.2023 in Na.Ka.No.V3/1153076/2023.

3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that even though notice 2/5

was sent as early as October 2023, till date the same has not been considered.

4. Mr. A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the revision petition pending on the file of the first respondent would be disposed within a time fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the revision application filed by the respondents 3 & 4 on 07.07.2023 and dispose of the same, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
