The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service as Water Supplier in Coimbatore Corporation, taking into account 23 years of continuous service rendered by him and in light of the proposal sent by the third respondent to the first respondent dated 14.04.2022.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposal dated 14.04.2022 sent by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
