O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit on the complaint given by Elangovan, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.541 of 2021 and the same has been closed on 25.01.2022. He would further submit that the respondent police are not harassing the petitioners. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
