The Tahsildar, Pochampalli Taluk is impleaded as the the fifth respondent in the writ petition.

2. Ms. P. Rajarajeswari, learned Government Counsel takes notice for the Tahsildar, Pochampalli Taluk to file a report whether the property of the petitioner and the property of the 3rd and 4th respondents are situated in patta land or Government poromboke land.

3. For filing that particular report, list the matter in the 2nd week of March, 2023.
