Company Application Nos.277, 84 & 85 of 2019 in C.P.No.198 of 2004 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

The Application in Company Application No.277 of 2019 has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:

a) To take the report on record.

b) To approve the amended list of creditors furnished as Annexure - A and First supplementary list of creditors as Annexure - B to this report.

(c) To permit the Official Liquidator to declare and pay a dividend @ 50 paise in a rupee to Workmen creditors mentioned in Annexure - A & B amounting to Rs.41,27,952/- under section 529 A of Companies Act, 1956.

(d) To permit the Official Liquidator to open a separate dividend account for Rs.20,63,977/- with Punjab National Bank, NSC Bose Road, Chennai being dividend @ 50 paise in a rupee on the admitted amount to 19 Workmen creditors and to keep the said account open for a period of three months from the date of opening.

(e) To permit the Official Liquidator to dispense with publication of notice of declaration of dividend, as the disbursement is to be made to 19 Workmen creditors only.

vrc (f) To permit the Official Liquidator to meet the expenses in connection with disbursement of dividend from and out of the funds available to the credit of the company in liquidation.

2. The learned Official Liquidator has annexed a report dated 30.07.2019 along with this application and this Court has perused the same.

3. The report of the Official Liquidator is taken on record. Consequently, prayers in Company Application in 277 of 2019 in b to f stand ordered as prayed for.

4.
