Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the Tentative List issued by the 3rd respondent in Form No.22, dated 27.04.2012 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the Tentative promotion list to the post of headmaster in Municipality Middle School in Arni municipality, since the petitioner's name has been already included in the above said tentative list published by the respondents in the year 2008 itself.
