This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 31.07.2019 passed in IA.No.667 of 2019 in OS.No.79 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruvannamalai. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in OS.No.79 of 2019 was already disposed of on 05.04.2021. As such, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous. 3.

Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
