ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.09.2021 for the offence under Sections 392, 397 of IPC in Cr.No.262 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have robbed a sum of Rs.1,500/- and mobile phone from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there is one previous case as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there is one previous case as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
