ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025 seeking for rectification of the alleged mistake in the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation, dated 10.06.2025 seeking rectification of the alleged mistake in the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems fit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.06.2025 seeking rectification of the alleged mistake in the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the 1st respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
