2.The petitioner herein seeks his empanelment as auctioneer for matters associated under Pawn Brokers Act, 1943.

3.Mr.A.Anandan, the learned Government Advocate has taken notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.The 1st respondent / R.D.O. is now directed to take a call on the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2023 and decide the issue strictly in accordance with law. He is also required to give a personal audience if he deems it necessary in this regard.
