O R D E R

The present writ petition has filed, seeking the following relief:- "To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents not to promote the Elementary School Headmasters who are not having the qualification of B.Ed., Course as Middle School Headmasters and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequently promote the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster."

2. According to the petitioner, B.Ed., qualification alone is eligible for promotion to the post of School Head Master, not B.Lit., However, it appears that the Rule provides for promotion to the post of Head Master even with the B.Lit., Degree.

3. In the said circumstances, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be maintained and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
