This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed respondents in the above criminal revision case as second and third respondents.
It is seen that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.24 of 2019 against the proposed respondents and during investigation, the respondent police closed the case as "further action dropped. Hence, the petitioner has filed protest petition, which was dismissed by the Magistrate, against which, present revision is filed.
Now the petitioner has filed the present miscellaneous petition seeking to implead the accused as respondents 2 and 3 in the main criminal revision case.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. It is seen that the petitioner is a defacto complainant and against the order of dismissal of protest petition, the present revision is filed. Now the petitioner has filed the miscellaneous petition seeking to implead the accused as respondents 2 and 3 in the main revision case, which is not necessary. The accused need not be impleaded in the revision against the order of dismissal of protest petition. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
