This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest, in connection with the criminal case in Crime No.8 of 2023, on the file of All Women Police Station, Mannargudi, Tiruvarur District.

2.This is the second anticipatory bail petition. First anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 10.07.2023. The allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner visited defacto complainant's mother's house and poured petrol on the defacto complainant and set fire on her. As a result, she suffered the following injuries: "Conscious oriented Afebrile, CVS-S1 S2, RsNxxxx Bp-110/80, PR-80, L/E:Epidermal - Dermoepidermal burns with blister formation over back side of left Chest. "

3.Considering the nature of the grevious injuries caused to the defacto complainant, this Court dismissed the first anticipatory bail petition stating that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

sli 4.Subsequent to the earlier dismissal of the first anticipatory bail petition, there is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
