This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 795 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs. 300/- for filing the Civil Revision Petition SR.No.3868 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in filing the above CRP SR.No.3868 of 2024, is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
