These two applications are necessitated in view of the change in the nomenclature of Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board to Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board.

2. In view of the fact that such change for nomenclature was by an Official act, these two applications are allowed. Leave is granted in Sub. Application (OS) No. 448 of 2022.
