It is objected by the learned Senior Cousnel on behalf of the petitioner that there is no direct requirement by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board for any compliance and that therefore, the Chairman named may be deleted as a party.

2. In view of the above said submissions, the Chairman, Hitesh Kumar S.Makwan, I.A.S., Chairman, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Chepauk, Chennai / first respondent, is deleted from the array of parties for the present. Accordingly, this Sub.Application is allowed for the present.

3. Necessary corrections may be made deleting the name of the first respondent. Post after three weeks.
