When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a demand draft for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- was taken today and sought for an adjournment for depositing another Rs.1,00,000/-.

Recording the above submission, this Court grants one month time from today to the petitioner to deposit the balance amount ie., Rs.1,00,000/-.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
