This Court, by order dated 22.08.2019, has directed the District Munsif, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.351 of 2017, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of that order. Now, the District Munsif, Poonamallee, has written a letter to the Registry in D.No.367/2021 dated 03.03.2021 seeking further extension of time for four months to dispose of the case.

Considering the facts narrated in the aforesaid letter, time is granted and the District Munsif, Poonamallee, shall expedite the trial and complete the same on or before 30.09.2021.
