Respondent/Petitioner Sub Application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying this Court be pleased to modify the order dated 04.10.2021 passed on Cont.Petition No.625 of 2021 and to permit the applicants to furnish a Bank Guarantee for Rs.25 Lakhs in lieu of cash deposit of 1 Crore and extend the time by 60 days.
The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.T.Saikrishnan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners herein; and of Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent herein; and upon reading the Application and the affidavit of Rohan Danial Mukherjee, filed herein; the Court made the following order:
"1. This Application has been filed to modify the order dated 04.10.2021 passed in Contempt Petition No.625 of 2021 and to permit the applicants to furnish a Bank Guarantee for Rs.25 lakhs in lieu of cash deposit of One Crore and extend the time by 60 days.
2. Since 60 days' period is already over, this Application is dismissed as having become infructuous."
