The learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs has no objection for allowing the application filed by the applicant/defendant to condone the delay of 736 days in filing the written statement of the defendant and the said written statement has also been filed along with this application.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the written statement is taken on file.
