ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, AWPS-Villivakkam, Anna Nagar,

Chennai for offences under Sections 420, 376, 370, 312, 109 IPC as against the petitioner.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation is completed and final report was filed before the Additional Mahila Court Egmore on 05.08.2023.

3. In the light of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance and issues summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
