3. The learned counsel for the respondent states no objection for allowing this application. Along with this application, Written Statement has also been filed.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application. After recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff and after perusing the reasons given by the applicants seeking for condonation of delay, this Court is inclined to allow the application as prayed for. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
