This application has been taken out by the plaintiff to record the unfortunate demise of D15 Smt.B.Kowsalya who has been impleaded as 15th defendant in TOS No.11 of 1994.

2. In the affidavit, it had been contended that the said B.Kowsalya had died on 07.05.2025 and her husband Mr.Basanth Kumar had predeceased her on 03.01.2021 and they had no children. Therefore it is contended that there are no legal representatives and the death of the 15th defendant to be reflected.
