The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as learned Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, (Mahalir Neethimandram) Allikulam, Chennai instead of Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu in the above Crl.M.P.No.7808 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.565 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024 on such terms and conditions.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 16.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7808 of 2024 the satisfaction Court has been inadvertently mentioned as learned Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, (Mahalir Neethimandram) Allikulam, Chennai instead of Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the satisfaction Court as Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, (Mahalir Neethimandram) Allikulam, Chennai in the above said order.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for amending the said order.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to amend the satisfaction Court as Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, (Mahalir Neethimandram) Allikulam, Chennai and carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 16.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7808 of 2024 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

5. All the other observations and conditions made in the earlier order dated 16.07.2024 shall remain intact, except for the above said correction.
