The present Application has been filed to permit the applicant/petitioner to mark certified copy of sale deed as secondary evidence of the petitioner side exhibits before this Court.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3353 of 2025 in O.P.No.257 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
