When the above Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing on 28.01.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Petition was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the above Criminal Original Petition, which was filed in the year 2010. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected MP No. 1 of 2010 is closed.
