JUDGMENT

(Delivered by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) After generating certain debate at the Bar, the learned counsel for the Appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the writ appeals. An endorsement was also made to that effect on the reverse of the docket.

2. We accordingly, dismiss both the writ appeals as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos. 16737 and 16738 of 2016 are also dismissed.
