ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent police to investigate the complaint dated 05.09.2023 now pending as Crime No.50 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police and consequently to file a final report within a prescribed time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the final report has also been filed before the 14th Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
