This application has been filed to receive some additional documents on the side of the plaintiff.

2. The learned counsels for the Defendants 1 to 12 did not file counter. But however, they sought time for filing counter.

3. The plaintiff has filed this application to receive the certified copy of the consent affidavit dated 31.07.1966 which in the opinion of the plaintiff, is a forged one and also to receive the passport of the plaintiff. Even though the parties cannot be encouraged to file repeated applications to receive documents in a piecemeal manner, the same cannot also be pending for long time without disposal thereby affecting the progress of the trial. The order that might be passed in this application will always be subject to the appreciation of evidence on the basis of the documents sought to be filed, if they are found to be relevant and proved.
