These applications are filed to condone the delay in filing the claim application in C.P.No.216 of 2002.

2. On perusing the affidavits filed in support of the said applications and being satisfied with the reasons set out therein, I am of the view that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.

3. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator representing the Official Liquidator (respondent herein) submits that the claimants may be directed to produce the original of the documents for proof of debt in lieu of photo copies of the same. The applicants are directed to produce the original as required by the learned Deputy Official Liquidator.

Accordingly, these applications are allowed and the delay is condoned.
