ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Cr.NO. 241/2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sipcot Police Station, Ranipet.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation has been completed and closure report has been filed before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet indicating as "mistake of fact' on 23.04.2025 and the same has been taken on file as RCS.No.48 of 2025 dated 01.02.2024.
