This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 472 days in preferring the Crl.R.C. against the order dated 12.12.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.116 of 2021 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 472 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
