This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of judgement and decree dated 15.06.2017 in O.S.No. 2972 of 2010 on the file of I Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that as the revision petitioner filed copy application for obtaining judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.2972 of 2010 at the time of filing appeal. Hence, they may be permitted to produce the same as and when available to them. Accordingly, they have filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
