This petition has been filed for extension of time for a period of four weeks to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit to Cr.No.223 of 2024 as per the order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.16341 of 2024 by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilise the funds due to his ill health, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.
